Life can bring many difficult and unexpected challenges. When your mental health and well-being suffer, seeking help can be the most daunting first step in regaining control over your life. Whether this is your first time receiving care or you’re looking for a new perspective, I support your commitment to working together to achieve your goals.

I foster a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to discuss your unique life challenges so that we may tailor a treatment plan that works for you. I make it a priority to remain attuned to your individual needs, and when medications are appropriate, I take the time to educate you about the options and ensure that you’re comfortable and well-informed about your choice. I also address non-pharmacologic ways to improve your life, such as sleep, exercise, diet, and hydration.

I look forward to getting to know you and beginning our work together to help you live your most fulfilling life.

I received my medical degree from the University of Florida, psychiatry training at the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida.
