Open the confirmation or reminder email from Able Psychiatry and tap Reschedule or Cancel. No sign-in needed, and it works for every visit.
Or sign in to the scheduler
Booked while signed in to our scheduler? Open the scheduler and tap Login at the top right. Visits booked without signing in don't show there.
Can't find the email?
Search your inbox for "Able Psychiatry". Still nothing? Email [email protected] with the date of the visit and we'll change it for you.
If plans change
Earlier notice is appreciated: cancelling a follow-up less than 24 hours ahead carries a $75 fee, and a missed follow-up $150. Fees for first visits and TMS
Urgent refill or side effect
Use every channel: email, text and phone. If there's no reply within 12 hours for a side effect or 36 hours for a refill, please send it again.
